I’ve started reading La pasión según Carmela by Marcos Aguinis! As far as I know, it’s a doomed love story set in the time of the Cuban Revolution, with lyrical prose and characters involved in the revolutionary movement itself. Here’s hoping it’s as good as it sounds!
